About the Job

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are a fast growing company that offers its employees a great culture, upward mobility and the opportunity to make great money. We offer a base salary plus, monthly commissions and full benefits.

Our Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

•Receiving in-bound and making outbound calls to potential  and existing clients
•Assisting customers by gather information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions
•Provide customers with accurate information regarding their financial analysis
•Maintaining a consultative relationship with the customer throughout the process
•Qualify and walk clients through the benefits of our program and how we can better their financial situation
•Execute orders using the company's central database and computer system
•Provide potential clients with program details and e-signature contracts


•Knowledge typically gained through 2-4 years inside sales experience or other experience dealing directly with customers
•Ability to successfully multi-task and manage concurrent selling situations
•Must be computer literate with the ability to access, input and retrieve data from Company database. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
•Must be extremely ambitious, energetic self-starter with a proven track record of maintaining, prospecting and developing an account base
•Prior experience and achievement working in an organization that provides weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual production targets based on individual performance quotas
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communications skills
•Achievement of a BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
•Positive/Winning attitude - willing to go the extra mile to get the sale
•Willingness to accept/implement new training -- takes direction well and seeks to learn/improve
