Aspire is working with an independent insurance agency, located in the North Wales area, that is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary role that will last for 3-5 months. The hours are very flexible, 20-35 per week. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an independent agency, be motivated, and eager to jump right in. Interviews are taking place immediately. · Answer customer calls and provide customer service
o Policy changes
o Coverage questions
o Verify coverage to banks and lenders
o General service
· Process renewals
· Quote new business and ancillary products
· Respond to producer requests for service as needed
· Must know AMS system-proprietary insurance customer service program.
· Must have at least 3 years’ experience with an independent agent
· Must have people skills and a desire to provide excellent service.
· Must be able to multi task, have great organization and follow up skills.
· Experience with a comparative rater such as ezlynks or PL rater
