About the Job

Position Description: 

This is a mid-level position providing support to the ITSM Office. Locations - MacDill AFB or Hurlburt Field. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Adheres to ITSM polices, processes, and procedures.
  • Supports and collaborates on process improvement or efficiencies
  • Assists the ITSM Director in implementing the service measurement framework.
  • Assists the ITSM Director in defining metrics and targets.
  • Assists in updating/maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operating Level Agreements (OLAs), and other agreements as applicable.
  • Creates Monthly SLA report, gathering data from multiple sources.
  • Produces clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guidebooks, Work Instructions, and Meeting Minutes.
  • Supports documentation production and management, information exchange with key project personnel, and information publication/exchange in a collaborative working environment.
  • Participates in brainstorming sessions and consistently generate sound ideas quickly.
  • Coordinates with customer or other parties through meetings, chat, email, or other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Provides backup support to other positions in the ITSM office.
  • Executes other duties as required by client.


Essential Job Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience):

§         Active Secret Security Clearance with NACLAC within past 10 years; Active Secret (Mandatory)
§         U.S. Citizenship
§         ITIL V3 Foundation (desirable or able to obtain within 30 days)
§         Bachelor’s Degree (preferred or experience may substitute)
§         4 – 6+ years ITSM/change management/performance management experience
