Work with Sales Managers and Account Teams to define open job requirements and recruit highly qualified individuals for areas such as Cisco network engineering, voice engineering, systems engineering, program management and project management
Full screening of technical candidates (including phone screening and face-to-face interviews, administering technical skills tests, contacting professional references, running criminal background checks, scheduling drug screens, and running credit checks for large scale government or financial clients)
Establish contacts with qualified candidates and build long-term relationships using internet job boards (monster, dice, hotjobs, etc.) and other networking tools (LinkedIn)
Minimum three to seven years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (experience with infrastructure personnel especially, network, systems and project management extremely helpful)
Knowledge and experience in all sourcing techniques including internet job boards, ad response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, headhunting and cold calling
Experience in screening, interviewing, closing candidates
Experience entering candidates into different candidate/ vendor management systems (Beeline, Taleo, etc)
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Candidate must be capable of communicating effectively, making decisions under pressure and recognizing the need for urgency
