Junior Business Developer
We lookinglooking for a Junior Business Developer to lead the company’s efforts in driving IT services and solution sales in various Departments.
The candidate must have a proven track record in the target agencies over at least a 2 year contiguous period. Total BD experience selling to the Federal Government should be at least 3 years. This position is a key part of the company’s growth strategy, has high visibility and will report directly to the EVP of Business Development. The candidate must be able to excel in a fast paced environment, must have proven past performance to achieve and exceed quota, and must have demonstrated ability to drive significant new business in prime as well as in sub roles.
Establish Vendorship with Big Five and Fortune clients for their software development or IT staffing needs.
Actively participate in Accounts Management, help maintain existing client relationships and play an active role in acquiring new client relationship and potential business.
Actively contribute in building company’s revenue stream.
Participate in preparing RFI**s, Software development and IT staffing proposals when needed.
Participate in client meetings, business luncheons, trade fairs and symposiums related to Information technology, IT staffing and Software development
