Marketing Lead Administrator

  

Key Objectives:


The Lead Administrator will be responsible for handling and assigning inbound marketing leads to our multiple sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess the aptitude and relevant marketing and sales experience needed to assist in qualifying sales leads and converting them into sales opportunities for our sales organization. The position will require the ability to handle high volume inbound calls generated through our marketing activities. The candidate will also be in charge of maintaining our CRM database in order to support our data integrity initiatives.   

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Field inbound calls generated through marketing campaigns and log notes into a CRM system for sales lead follow up
  • Work closely with individual sales representatives and act as the conduit between sales and marketing to facilitate the leads distribution process
  • Maintain database data integrity by updating and verifying marketing lead and account information
  • Track and tag all marketing leads and sales opportunities for reporting purposes
  • Actively respond to our internal sales rep requests for updating account information through a CRM system
  • Generate and consolidate CRM database reports on a weekly and monthly basis

 

 

Prerequisite Requirements:

 

·         2+ years experience with handling moderate to high volume inbound calls

·         Working knowledge of CRM systems, familiarity with SalesLogix a plus    

·         Experience with qualifying leads and developing opportunities for sales

·         Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with senior management 

·         Capacity to multitask effectively and have strong organization skills

 

 

Highly Desirable Skills:

 

  • Excellent customer service skills including verbal/phone and written communication
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to new situations
  • Exhibits enthusiasm, high energy and a tremendous work ethic
