We develop, construct, and operate high quality market-rate and affordable rental properties. We are a dynamic and growing company that works in conjunction with many financial institutions, partners, and non-profit organizations to pursue the development and financing of real estate properties. Currently, The NRP Group has assets and operations in Ohio, Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, New Mexico, Michigan, and Indiana.

The NRP Group is currently seeking to hire an experienced Learning & Development Director. Incumbent will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders at NRP to collaborate on the implementation and leadership of companywide training initiatives. They are responsible for managing the national training team and the onboarding process. They also hold a key role in identifying the needs of the company, creating the training curriculum within the most appropriate format, and monitoring the attendance of training offered.

Required Job Skills & Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years relevant experience developing strategy and leading a team to successfully execute enterprise learning and development and/or training across a distributed workforce.
• Needs Analysis – The ability to listen to a broad spectrum of stakeholders and effectively develop a strategy for capturing needs and developing associated training content.
• Project Management – Exceptional aptitude using needs analysis strategies to build a project plan to create and deliver training content within defined timeframes.
• Evaluation Skills – The ability to critically examine content and ascertain materials essential to effective learning.
• Content & Creation – Willingness to work with subject matter experts (SME’s) and appropriate team members to gather content and create training that is consistent, engaging and offers employees an exceptional learning experience.
• Content Authoring Expertise (Curriculum & Policies) – Advanced aptitude in building content that connects with multiple learning styles in a dynamic, innovative environment (preferred Articulate Storyline experience and experience writing policies & procedures).
• Creativity & Innovation– Seeks out opportunities to find and implement cutting edge training approaches in an effort to effectively move learners from knowledge to evaluation.
• Technical Expertise – In depth knowledge and expertise with a variety of content development and authoring tools, LMS software, and Operating software (Oracle Learn – formerly Taleo preferred).
• Dynamic Facilitator - The ability to capture the attention and adapt to a variety of audiences.
