Midtown law firm is seeking a corporate paralegal to perform entity formations, corporate maintenance and qualifications, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Four year degree is REQUIRED!

Paralegal certificate is PREFERRED!

Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, be a self-starter, have excellent organizational & communication skills – both verbal & written, be professional & articulate, and be a team player!
