Maintenance Supervisor

Letica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Clarksville, TN facility. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Maintain and troubleshoot all injection molding machines (500-700 ton)

·        Create and follow a preventative maintenance program

·        Train and manage staff of 3-5 employees

Requirements:

•  Minimum of 3 years experience working with plastic injection molding equipment
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge with electrical, hydraulic and injection molding machines, AC & DC drives, pneumatic, HVAC, & PM programs
• Have experience with 500-700 ton injection molding machines
• Have strong PLC skills
• Be able to train others and be a strong injection molding technician
