• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling and resource management for all plant activities to ensure production demands are met; 
• Have experience managing a department that includes both steel and wood fabrication processes;
• Understand and implement lean manufacturing processes;
• Have prior experience in a fabrication environment, with a minimum of 3 years management experience;
• Must be computer literate, with the ability to understand and utilize in house technology for production planning and control;
• Outstanding communication skills are required, with the ability to effectively manage time and production under limited supervision;
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment;
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
