The Account Analyst plays a key role in the day-to-day support of Greenphire’s clients and their clinical subjects. As a member of the Program Management team, the Account Analyst serves as an expert on Greenphire’s systems, products and payment facilitation, assisting both internal and external clients with inquiries.
Serve as a point of contact for site clients, responding to email and phone inquiries
Assist members of the Program Management team with operational duties, including system access, card distribution and reporting
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Provide ad hoc client training
Be a problem solver and suggest improvements to process
Manage large scale special projects
Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate
Bachelor Degree required
Multilingual, fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and ability to self educate
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in Microsoft Office suite
