·         $80K – 110K base plus bonus

 

  • Desired Experience, Education, and Training:

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution or manufacturing operations as anIndustrial Engineer working on large projects.
  • Must be successful in managing effective deployment of resources, systems and personnel to enable achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Visio software experience is required
  • Quality Assurance and Six Sigma/5S programs desired

·         MS Office including expertise in MS Excel, MS Access and MS Project

·         Superior data analysis and information management ability

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills and have experience interfacing with customers

·         Flow charting and process development

  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Must be able to travel domestically

  • Interfacewithcustomerstoinsuretimelineactivitiesareonschedule  forimplementation

  • Analyzeprojectplanshortfallsanddevelopsolutions  toovercome  shortfallsagainstestablished  plansorroadmapsReviewRFI,RFQ,andRFPdocumentstodetermine  feasibilityandmakerecommendationstoseniormanagement  Demonstrateexpertise  inlogisticsoperations,systemapplications,andconfiguringoperationsaswellasproblemsolvingindynamicgroupenvironment
  • Demonstrateunderstandingandconsistency  withestablishedimplementationmethodology
  • Demonstrateabilitytoprovidematerialsandprocessflowanalysis
  • Conductpostmortemandauditactivities
  • WorkingEnvironment:
  • Assignment Complexity -
    • Workoncomplexproblems whereanalysis ofsituationsordatarequires anin-depthevaluationofvarious factors.
