OEM Business Development Manager is the customer advocate within EnGenius Technologies Inc., adding insight and business judgment. They are also the voice of EnGenius to our customers, adding business intelligence and forethought.
The OEM Business Development Manager will play a key role in the following major areas:
--Drive key OEM relationships and support strategic OEM account initiatives and revenue objectives- Responsible for successful and timely OEM product launches and management of the product’s life cycle with product and project management team in U.S. and Taiwan
--Communicate effectively with cross-functional groups within EnGenius Technologies in U.S. and Taiwan - Single point of contact for all OEM Partner business operations and responsible for escalating applicable issues back to Corporate.
Strategic OEM business development focus areas include:
--L-2 POE Switch
-- 802.11AC Wireless Access Point
--IP Surveillance Camera
-- Cloud Managed Internet Devices & Applications
--Developstrong professional relationship with key OEM contact points
-- Manage and drive closure of key account initiatives - Ensure OEM/EnGenius Business Process alignment - Facilitate Business, Quality and Operational Reviews
-- Communications focal point for assigned OEM targets in various vertical markets - Develop and maintain relationships and proactive communications with cross functional teams
-- Facilitation of RMA, quality and support issues by working closely with cross functional team in Taiwan
-- Work effectively with cross functional teams in U.S. and Taiwan
Education & Training- Bachelor's degree (preference in Business or/and Engineering)
Length of Related Experience- At least 3~5 years of experience in a Sales OEM environment in technology
Computer Skills - Skilled in working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Other - Strong communication skills - English Fluent, and Mandarin is preferred.
