Pre-Certification Coordinator:
Provide clerical support services under the direction of nurse case managers in processing Workers’ Compensation claims.  Includes:  phone reception, appointment scheduling, contact with injured workers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys and general office work including use of fax machines, copy machines, and filing.  

Pre-Certifications RN's and LPN's:

Perform Pre-certification of requested services for NJ Auto No-Fault. 
Experience needed:
Precertification/Utilization management 
Knowledge of NJ PIP
Excellent computer skills
2-5 years clinical background.


RNField Case Manager:
Working from home in the NJ region to handle workers comp and auto claims. Travel required to your surrounding counties.

1-5 years CM exp, CCM and/or CRRN preferred.  Competitive salary and excellent benefit pkg. Specialized incentive plan provided.
Part-time/full-time positions - hourly rate.

Customer Service:

Service providers, patients and clients by responding to telephone inquiries, received in our busy call center.  Interpret provider contracts and resolve complex claims issues. Must be familiar with HCFA and UB92 with medical background, etc. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2 years Clinical Experience
  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • Quality data entry skills 45-55 wpm
  • Intermediate computer skills necessary
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Must be organized with high attention to detail
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Must be organized with high attention to detail

Medical Bill Reviewers:
Skill sets include: 
- strong 10-key entry experience
- basic MS Office
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently.
- CPT / ICD=9 coding
- customer service experience a plus
