Practice Director for Oracle ERP (EBS, JDE, PeopleSoft and FUSION APPS) OR Oracle SIEBEL & FUSION CRM (SIEBEL, CRM On Demand and FUSION CRM)
Expertise in at least 2 of the ERP products a MUST
Expertise in one of the Industry areas is a must
Good quality degree required
Experience Range ( Total years and Minimum Relevant Years for the Position ) Minimum 12 -18 years
Minimum relevant Exp doing Practice Sales and Solution Management – 5 yrs

SOLID ERP background in 2 of the ERP products at least (Oracle ebusiness Suite, JDE OR PeopleSoft)

EXPSORE with FUSION (EXPERIENCE WITH Oracle FUSION WOULD BE PREFERRED)

Should have done Presales and Sales work – with strong track record of sales target achievement
Strong verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills in Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, pre-sales, business development and marketing activities in taking e-business
Understanding of Transformation services such as Legacy Modernization leveraging ERP solutions, Cloud/Next Generation solutions such as Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web 2.0 etc. in conjunction with ERP
Self-motivated and driven, with high energy levels, a strong desire to excel and play an active role in shaping the future of the business
Have ability to work with cross-functional teams and individuals at various levels.
Coming from a leading local e-Business or Tier 1/Tier 2 global IT services companies
Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales and GROWTH of Oracle ERP business in NA for the allocated portfolio
Ability to proactively generate leads and demand
Lead generation working with alliances, marketing and thru professional network
Scoping of assignments/engagement
Leverage alliances, develop GTM plans for key target accounts from ERP Business
Effectively position/sell solutions/services
Bid planning and manage multi-tasking across multiple chases
Engage in consultative selling, ability to convert business challenges into IT enablement solutions
Ability to manage CXO level relationship, strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills
Required to support vertical sales team and account managers in presentation, Solution build and RFI & RFP responses
Work effectively with offshore based pre-sales team in shaping consulting, RFP/RFI responses, solutions and presentations
Other Competency #1
Expect him to be involved in User forums
Active Participating in seminars/conferences etc.
Other Competency #2:
Knowledge of off shoring and Indian SI companies and Understanding of Global delivery models
Should have understanding of onsite offshore working and delivery model
