Corporate Rentals is a wholesale provider of high quality, stylish rental furniture and households items to corporate housing companies, insurance housing companies and property management companies. Our clients place most orders using proprietary web sites/order entry systems we build and maintain for them.
The Customer Service Rep is primarily responsible for entering, scheduling and confirming clients' orders. All orders must be reviewed for accuracy and entered into the company's computer system. Maintain and monitor the Excel delivery schedule and confirm all transactions with customers via email. Provide price quotes from our web sites to clients. Works closely with Operations Manager and Director of Business Development throughout the day.

Must have really good people skills, be able to multi-task and occasionally work overtime hours. Experience using all aspects of Microsoft Office important.
