Our client is seeking Outbound Customer Service Representatives - Call Center in Boynton Beach, FL.
Earn $10.00 per hour at these full-time, temp-to-hire positions. **The first week of training will be paid at $8.00 per hour.** Work 40+ hours per week. Upon completion of 520 hours of temporary work and as a permanent employee of the client company, you will receive the following: a generous commission structure; all major holidays paid; Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k plans available; 1 week vacation pay.
Job Description:
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls
- Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
- Manage accounts
- Perform data entry
- Upsell new services and products to new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service / telemarketing experience
- Must have great phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge a must as well as being comfortable navigating around two computer screens
- Motivated personality with the willingness to want to learn and take initiative
- Seeking professional and friendly candidates
- Must be able to work a 40+ hours work week
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
