Parts and Service Administrator

Our client is seeking a Parts and Service Administrator in Folcroft, PA.

Earn $15.00 to $17.00 per hour at this full-time, temp-to-hire position.  Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
Job Description:
  • Supports branch service business by providing all required administrative support
  • Works closely with customers and Service and Parts Managers on parts and service issues
  • Oversees documentation and processing of work orders, labor hours, warranty issues and all activities related to service calls and customer repairs
  • Pulls parts for work orders
  • Orders parts for work orders
  • Maintains a log of Purchase Orders to schedule work orders when the parts arrive
  • Assist Sales Administrator when required to organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records, answer and screen telephone calls, route the calls to the appropriate recipient, take detailed messages when necessary, oversee logistic details for all import/export transactions, prepare outgoing mail and correspondence (including email and faxes), prepare invoicing, A/R and A/P invoice matching
  • Arrange and coordinate travel/hotel reservations for service technicians and technical visitors
  • Arrange and coordinate training for service technicians and customers with direction from the Product Support Manager
  • Assist with inventory of parts and equipment lists with direction from the Parts and Service Manager
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Must be a good problem solver
  • Have decent technical skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication, be a team player
  • Be professional and adaptable
  • Be punctual and dependable
  • Take initiative and follow established policies and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
