Job Description: PBM Customer Service Representative
About the Position
Due to growth, LDI Integrated Pharmacy Services, is seeking PBM Customer Service Representatives to join its expanding team located in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Responsibilities include answering calls from members and retail pharmacies, assisting with the explanation of benefits, questions regarding the processing of claims, as well as other duties including exception processing, general support and other projects as assigned. The ability to provide Superior Customer Service is required. Prior Customer Service experience is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
