Paul I. Sheaffer Insurance Agency in Intercourse, PA is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. Knowledge of Personal Insurance products in a customer service environment. Ability to review, record and organize date from a variety of sources. Rating, endorsements, binders, billing, etc. All lines of business; Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc. Excellent communication skills, Team player and Interpersonal skills required. Comprehensive benefits package.
The preferred candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years Insurance agency experience
- High School Diploma, college is a plus
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Working knowledge of AMS systems a plus
