Well-established, actively busy Toyota dealership is seeking an energetic and motivated person to assist consumers in their automobile purchase process.
Prior BDC experience or related industry experience a plus: call center, collections, insurance, customer service, telemarketing or real estate. This position requires excellent communication skills, both in email and over the phone.
The Business Development Representative fields emails and phone calls from people in the market for an automobile, and helps facilitate their purchase by establishing a relationship, assessing their individual needs and providing a solution for each buyer.
The ideal BDC representative is Reliable, Resourceful, Empathetic, Optimistic, Persistent and Confident.
This is a full time position with shifts consisting of days and/or evenings as well as some weekends.
Bilingual a plus.
Internet savvy and computer skills are a must.
