Job Description

Post Closing/Recording Coordinator

Base Salary:  Competitive Hourly Rate

Purpose & Scope:
UST Global® is a leading provider of BPO and IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. The company has a client-centric; Global Engagement Model that combines locally based seasoned resources with the cost, scale, and quality advantages of off-shore operations.  The companies growing Pittsburgh, PA based Mortgage Services Business Process Outsourcing division seeks an experienced candidate with title experience to be a part of the recording team.

Job Summary:

To review and process post-closing documents for loan transactions, that require distribution to county jurisdictions for recording.

Responsibilities:

·         Categorizing Incoming Documents

·         Reviewing documents for compliance with client and jurisdictional requirements

·         Submitting documents to county jurisdictions for recording

·         Providing daily reports of document status

Qualifications:

Required

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

·         Organized and attentive to details.

·         Ability to multi-task.

·         Above average written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

·         Experience with processing recordable documents
