Process Engineer – Thermoforming Mfg. Plant - Champaign, IL

To Qualify…first of all you must have a strong background in Thermoforming…

BS in Engineering or other technical field

5+ years in either manufacturing or process engineer role (or both)

Develop process control engineering systems and procedures for the following areas:

o   Root Cause Analysis

o   R&R’s

o   FMEA’s Process Capacity

o   Materials and Equipment

Develop production labor rate standards.  Evaluate and recommend improvements in:

o   Materials

o   Products

o   Processes &

o   Equipment

Develop and implement improvements in machine layouts for product flow improvements

Act as a resource for the process improvement program.
