Product Development Coordinator


The Product Development Coordinator will report to the President and will work closely with the Director of Sales, Operations Manager and Product Development Team.  The Product Development Coordinator will be charged with managing the design and development of new hotel amenity and retail products as well as enhancements to existing collections.  Additionally, the Product Development Coordinator will play a large role in the company’s sales, marketing and customer relationship efforts.  This position will generally be responsible for understanding the market, developing new product ideas, sourcing product and components from existing and new suppliers, and contributing to the overall growth and brand development of the company. 


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 3-10 years of similar experience.  A beauty industry background is a plus and a passion for the personal care and hotel amenities industry is required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a sense of style, creativity, strong organizational and project management skills, persistence and the ability to represent the company in a professional, positive manner are expected. Candidate must be highly motivated, loyal, dedicated, self-starting, and able to work well with others as well as independently.  Candidate should be computer literate with strong abilities in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  To apply, please submit resume with cover letter and current compensation level.
