Production Coordinator / Supply Chain

Our client is seeking a Production Coordinator / Supply Chain Specialist in Coatesville, PA.

Earn $15.00 per hour at this full-time, temporary position. Work 40+ hours per week. Work a schedule consisting of 5 - 6 days per week. Overtime hours will be required. Overtime is paid as time and a half ($22.50 per hour), and either work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Shifts: (The hours listed below are approximate shift schedules. The hours may vary for each shift.)

• 1st Shift:  Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Saturday or Sunday
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Saturday or Sunday
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM, and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM on Saturday or Sunday

Job Description:

• Responsible for production control activities on the Completions Center
• Works closely with the assigned Managers, Floor Supervisors and Planning to achieve a robust supply chain flow
• Coordinates the transfer of material between departments and work orders as necessary
• Participates on process improvements and with other functional teams
• Minimizes inventory on the production floor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Technical School Certification or equivalent required
• Experience with production and inventory software (SAP, ERP, Oracle Systems required)
• Experience in a Production Supervisor role
• MS Office Skills
• Excellent computer skills (data mining and reporting a plus)
• Aviation experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule consisting of 5 - 6 days per week. Overtime hours will be required. Overtime is paid at time and a half ($22.50 per hour), and either work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
