We are expanding our service lines in Indiana and introducing Institute for Family Centered Services (IFCS) which serves families in Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida and Ohio through intensive in-home Family Centered Treatment® (FCT) services. Description For IFCS and Indiana Mentor the Program Director is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day.
To that end, the Program Director role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.
Provides leadership to the region.
Manages daily operations.
Provides individual and team supervision for staff. Includes clinical, field and on-call supervision.
Participates in individual and peer supervision.
Manages the delivery of services to clients and families.
Oversees administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel.
Creates and implements marketing plan; develops business.
• Master’s Degree in Human Services field.
• Licensure in clinical services. • At least two years of management experience. • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
