About the position and responsibilities:

Job Description: 

Professional development:

•Enhancing/improving consulting, program and project management client execution capabilities

• Studying and understanding macro market and competitive environment and building strategies to leverage the opportunities available

Solution Development and Campaign:

• Building service offerings and developing its collaterals and go to market strategy

• Leading and Executing global consulting assignments

•Owning the service offerings in terms of operational and commercial perspective

• Building IP/solutions/frameworks for Solutions and Consulting practice

• Reviewing & finalizing the business cases (solution roadmap, High level plan, Investments required, Strategic alliances, Beta Customer, ROI, Go-to-market plan)

• Speaking at events and ensure an ROI for each event attended

Consulting /Process Excellence:

• Leading consulting teams while conducting assessments

• Providing support to the delivery team with product development

• Liaison with internal stakeholders to conduct assessments to build business cases involving Business-

IT alignment, Application Portfolio Rationalization, Enterprise Architecture, IT Cost Optimization,

IT Outsourcing etc. and propose the right technology solution and effort estimates while preparing a

business case

Customer Excellence:

Achieve C-Sat by ensuring that the solution delivered to the customers is aligned to their requirements

Additional revenue generated because of the client specific initiatives

• C-SAT rating improvement by x%

• Escalations from client/onsite member(s) to be '0' or not to exceed 'x nos.

•Client signoff and feedback

Presales/sales Support:

•Liaison with the sales team to identify cross sell opportunities for the solutions and consulting

•Participating in proposal win/loss analysis

•Working with the sales team to propose short term solutions

•Win-Loss Ratio

•% of Opportunities Converted

•No. of RFP/pre-sales support engagements handled  


Must have a Bachelor’s degree

Must have a stable career background
