We are seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER for our glass fabrication facility in Santa Paula, CA location. This position is responsible to develop, manage and execute on programs within the company. These programs are typically customer-driven, technical and may include process development or other types of projects as necessary to successfully meet the customer's requirements.
Some of the responsibilities are:
Engaging the customer to fully understand product requirements and align expectations between the customer and Abrisa Technologies by defining and documenting the program goals, objectives and schedule.
Running weekly web conferences with the customer, share program status, track action items for both teams.
Overseeing the translation of customer requirements into internal specifications and actions, ensuring in collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality personnel, all customer specifications are achievable and suitably documented for release to manufacturing.
Planning, managing all tasks within the program related to product development.
Coordinating cross functional program meetings to drive progress and successfully transition product into production. Communicating with executive team on a regular basis, conducting periodic briefings on program status, risks and risk mitigation, escalating decisions, identifying and addressing obstacles as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
