Our initiatives for 2014 include many exciting projects and require the addition of a highly talented Program Specialist to join our Operations team.  Program Specialists serve as key members of our organization by providing daily multifaceted business support for our independent professionals and consultants.  Individuals who enjoy a fast paced work environment with a high degree of interaction will truly enjoy this complex role, researching and resolving issues to support operational goals.  


Responsibilities

  • Provide multifaceted support to assigned client base

  • Respond to and resolve operational issues relating to billing, time & expense reimbursement, payroll, benefits and other HR related matters

  • Provide online enrollment and orientation to support the on-boarding process

  • Educate consultants on employment related matters, including the completion of I-9’s, background checks and E-Verify

  • Utilize MBO’s proprietary online system to process transactions and proactively identify issues

  • Audit online reports to ensure accounts accurately reflect payroll objectives

  • Serve as internal advocate to ensure outstanding issues are managed and resolved promptly

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of business needs in order to provide superior service


Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, Psychology or other related field

  • 2 – 5 years of professional work experience in an office environment; Administrative, HR, Recruiting or Contracts Support a plus

  • Ability to research and resolve complex issues

  • Positive, professional and friendly demeanor

  • Ability to quickly comprehend new concepts and embrace them

  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
