Project Manager- Real Estates ...
We are looking for a full-time Real Estate project manager to join our real estate development department. Our office is located at Los Angeles Metro Area. You can find our information on www.wellcreditcorp.com
l Manage all aspects of real estate project management (scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality control & risk management) for projects as assigned including planning, design, construction, move management and closeout.
l Prepare, distribute, track, organize and maintain all project correspondence, documentation and project files.
l Manage the review and development of construction drawings and related specification documents from planning/schematic phase through completion of project.
l Manage the vendor selection process by soliciting, evaluating and selecting architects, engineers, general contractors and other various vendors.
l Manage subcontractor relations, bidding, subcontract negotiations, billing, insurance, lien releases, warranties, etc.
l Coordinates Key environmental and governmental improvements, including soil testing, ADA inspections, Municipality variance, zoning, signage etc.
l Prepare permit applications, expedite permit processing, and interact with various city department inspectors and city officials as required.
l Assist with special projects as requested.
l Bachelor’s degree minimum. Construction management, civil engineering or related major preferred.
l Have minimum 5 years project manager working experience
l Real Estates sales agent license preferred, general contract will be a plus
l Familiar with various of state and local regulation regarding real estates development. Know how to deal with the city halls and other regulatory authorities.
l Detail oriented and strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills.
