The Customer Resolution Specialist
is responsible for:
- Mediation between the clients we represent, the sales offices who sell on behalf of those clients, and Cydcor
- Documentation, research, and resolution of customer escalations
- Measure and Analysis of quality trends and the development and implementation of process improvements
