The Judge Group is currently seeking a Recruiter I for a 26 week engagement with our client in Baltimore, MD. The individual will be responsible for the support of Senior Corporate Recruiters. General responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
• Support Senior Recruiters by sourcing for, phone screening and identifying the best candidates to be presented for Corporate level positions.
• Will be responsible for sourcing for positions ranging from Gov. affairs, Communications, Legal, HR, Continuous Improvement to even Higher Level Managerial and Executive roles.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task, as this person will be sourcing for a large number of positions
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Collaborate with various teams and skill sets.
• Will be presenting candidates to Senior Recruiters and then aiding them in presenting candidates to Hiring Managers
• A level of Professionalism and hard work-ethic is key
• Bachelor’s degree strongly desired (HR huge plus)
• 2-3 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience strongly desired
• Experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle Talent Acquisition Manager is a plus
• Prior experience in the Energy & Utilities industry or Oil & Gas industry a plus• Ability to handle a high volume workload
