RECRUITER

Responsible for talent acquisition. This position has a direct and immediate impact on the overall efficiency and profitability of the company. Use your energy and drive to help us hire the best and the brightest talent for our growing company. Recruiters are responsible for hiring strong candidates into a variety of positions. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high quality candidates against defined criteria.
  • Make use of various sourcing channels to include, resume mining, diversity resources, networking and direct sourcing to build and maintain quality candidate pipeline.

·         Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process, offer negotiation, and new hire on-boarding.

·         Partner with hiring managers to determine and define attractive and competitive job offers.

·         Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing needs.

·         Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels

·         Create ane implement strategies to attract passive job seekers

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Previous recruitment experience in a highly-charged, high volume competitive call center telesales environment (2-4 yrs)
  • Professional comportment and demeanor
  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills
  • Familiarity and usage of behavioral interviewing techniques

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to function in a fast paced high volume recruitment facility
  • Professional at all levels and able to maintain rapport with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous programs requiring extreme attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Ability to work under stress and an extreme sense of urgency.
  • Familiar with contact center culture, terminology, and expectations.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work overtime (Including evenings & weekends)
