Seeking an experienced technical recruitment consultant with a strong background and pedigree in working within the pharmaceutical/life science industry. The successful candidate will have a proven recruitment/business development skill set and established network within the industry to compliment the rapidly growing division. Candidates will be expected to have a strong recruitment background and ideally either have experience or the desire to work as a 360 consultant, developing new business and managing current existing accounts.

Your primary duties:
As a Senior Consultant within the business you would be expected to come in and hit the ground running. Park Hudson Life Sciences provides an excellent on-going training program for you to take part in and this should add new skills to your current experience and allow you to develop into a managing consultant within the business.
On a day to day basis you will be expected to work as a 360 consultant managing both the candidate and client process with a key focus on business development and building your credibility within the functional area. Our permanent business unit is split into core verticals and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to specialize in specific areas such as clinical research or Biostatistics allowing for deep market penetration and a thorough knowledge of the area of recruitment.
Core duties for this position will involve:
Developing deeper market knowledge across the Life Sciences and proving your expertise as a senior consultant
Developing a strong candidate base and networking functional experts
Developing new business opportunities for both your functional area and PHI Life Sciences. This will include executive search and contingency business as well as larger project solutions for existing and new clients.
Key attributes and experience required:
• BS/BA Degree, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers.
• Proven background within recruitment (ideally contract recruitment with some executive retained search experience) and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Be able to provide strong examples of building networks, developing business and managing contractors, search and contingency assignments.
• Ambition to succeed in a pressure based and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident.
