RN / LVN AM M-F Fulltime

Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) currently has an opening for a full-time RN or LVN located at our rehabilitation clinic. The position is full time (Monday -Friday) with excellent benefits!  Our nursing staff is responsible for professional nursing care for our patients with acquired brain injuries at our clinic setting in Irving, Texas. The CNS nurses assess client's medical status, administer or supervises the administration of prescribed medications and treatments, observes patents' reactions, takes vital signs, and observing, reporting, training and documenting. The nursing staff accompanies the patients on medical appointments and works in conjunction with the rehab team to increase function.

Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) is an experienced and respected resource of rehabilitation programs for acquired brain injury. With facilities in Irving, Texas, Bakersfield and Encino, California, CNS offers intensive, cost-effective residential and out-patient rehab for individuals recovering from all types of acquired brain injury. The CNS community based approach focuses on helping patients regain a normal rhythm of living. Therapy is designed to foster a return to a typical at-home living situation.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Current licensure as RN or LVN by Texas State Board of Nursing
Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation concepts preferred
Accuracy and attention to detail required!
