As an RN Supervisor you will initiate, coordinate, and implement the healthcare management of residents. The RN Supervisor performs responsible supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating nursing units.
Adhering to instructions of Nurse Management, you will perform your duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, while providing resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
Graduate of an approved nursing program
Possess and maintain a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience, strongly preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in a Long Term Care environment, strongly preferred
Must be able to move, lift, and position patients
