General Role Description:

The replenishment analyst has the overall responsibility for managing the client supply-chain to ensure that the products are available for the customer as planned. Also maintains the company's internal production flow to match the client demand ensuring the appropriate inventory levels. This person will help accomplish departmental goals and objectives. This person has to have excellent time planning skills, analytical skills, and be numbers oriented. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, is required. Must possess the ability to work under pressure and understand time bound projects.  Must have at least three years of related experience and in depth knowledge of Retail Link.

Replenishment Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Generate item-level and account-level forecasts for Wal-Mart US and other National Accounts
  • Perform monthly forecast review to identify forecast exceptions and other issues.
  • Perform weekly analysis of whse inventory, store inventory, and production inventory.
  • Provide key performance reports and ad hoc analysis as necessary (POS reports, inventory reports, ladder plans, order recommendations, etc.).


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Retail Link
  • Self-starter who is able to work well both independently and within a team
  • Demonstrates strong aptitude in math, along with problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Needs to have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next steps.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in applications such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with continuously changing priorities

This is a full time position location in our Westlake Village, CA office.
