Roadnet - Entry Level Account Manager

About the Job

Roadnet Technologies, Inc., a division of Omnitracs, is experiencing rapid growth across all geographies and the Account Manager  function is critical to our ability to scale the business to support and drive additional growth.

Job Function -

The Account Manager is a sales position selling the entire Roadnet Technologies, Inc. (RTI) product line. This assignment covers existing customers with a concentration on add-on business and product expansion across a defined customer base. This position requires 20 percent domestic travel.

Responsibilities -

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop long term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. 
  • Liaise between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers’ needs.


Experience/Skills Required

General:

  •  1+ years of account management or other relevant experience
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding customer-focused Account Management skills.
  • High comfort level and presence with senior Transportation, Operations and Finance executives.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and organizational skills

Technical

  • MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), WebEx
  • salesforce.com (including app-exchange applications such as iSell, Cloud9, data.com)
  • Solution Selling®, Huthwaite®, Sandler®,  or similar sales processes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
