Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The development and performance of all sales activities within an assigned branch.
Staffs, trains and leads a sales team to boost sales volume and maximize profit
Develops branch-level sales plans and forecasts to meet objectives
Executes marketing programs (door-to-door, direct mail, inside, outside)
Assists in development of sales leads
Assists in closing sales as needed.
Customer complaints resolution regarding sales and service
Prepares work schedules and expedites workflow
Develops, implements and maintains performance standards
Ensures recruiting, interviewing and staffing of sales personnel are

Education and Experience Requirements:
