ATI is seeking a Sales Representative who will have direct responsibility for the identification, qualification, and capture of new business. They will interface with existing and potential customers to cross-sell products and maximize solutions for our customers. They will oversee all phases of business development from program capture through contract award. Strong team building skills as a team leader and supporting member of a team are a necessity.
Minimum of 3 or more years of sales experience
Minimum of 3 or more years growing and developing markets
Strong background in customer acquisition management and proposal development in targeted markets
Proven record of success in sales and business development and solutions with building access, CCTV, and revenue control solutions
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
Strong prospecting abilities.
Aggressive follow up and closing skills
Sales territory and management skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong reputation for integrity and ethics
The ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
Strong business, financial and technical acumen
Essential Job Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas
Maintain high activity standards (prospecting, cold calls, number of appointments per week, etc.)
Manage prospect funnel accurately and effectively
Accurately forecast and report monthly sales.
Increase market penetration in assigned territory by securing new customers
Developing business within existing accounts
Build relationships with clients/prospects, as well as internal departments.
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors
Relevant experience in transportation or parking industries
Highly effective communicator to all levels within the company and with clients
Strong team building skills, known team player, collaborative style
