SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful and growing company. Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc, a leading manufacturer of insulated metal panels, has an immediate need for a SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst in their Deland, FL facility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Research and resolve issues within the MM and PP modules.
•Complete configuration for procurement and manufacturing.
•Gather business requirements, design, document, configure and unit test solutions in the MM and PP modules.
•Develop test procedures and coordinate testing of changes with process owners. Develop solutions and test systems in line with agreed upon service level agreements, timelines, business requirements and global standards.
•Communicate and enforce consistency in business processes and implementation template across the organization.
•Provide service desk technical support, including after-hours when required.
•Deliver functional knowledge transfer to key business super users and other IT support team members.
•Works with the business community to provide system support. Tests, documents, and conducts end user training regarding SAP enhancements to ensure the system is being used properly and meeting business needs.
•Works with minimum supervision, conferring with supervisor only on unusual matters.
•Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Preference will be given to SAP PP Certified candidates.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years of hands on configuration experience with
SAP PP/MM, with at least 2 full life cycle implementations covering blueprint, configuration, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Must have solid understanding of integration points of other modules with MM/PP. Deep understanding of best practices in Manufacturing, Purchasing, & Inventory Management in the construction industry.
Candidate must have experience in the following areas:
PP Module: MRP, Capacity Planning, Manufacturing Execution, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Standard Values Calculations, Cross-plant manufacturing, and Plant KPI Reporting.
MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master Data Management, ALE, MRP, Material Valuation, Batch Management, Intercompany transactions, Forecasting, Classification.
Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) a plus.
