The Global Security Operations Center Operator is responsible for handling all IRs, work orders, emergencies and phone communications inside the GSOC. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, possess critical thinking skills and be detail oriented. Must have a strong interest in access control systems and desire to work in a team environment. Daily responsibilities will focus on monitoring and responding to e-mails, work orders, and answering phone calls. This position will also be required to assist with alarm monitoring and radio dispatch as needed. Must have ability to stay calm and give direction under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Manage email customer requests, parking requests, ISOS
• Make sure all meetings and events are entered in iTrak
• Manage passdowns, ensure consistency, review for relevance, expirations, etc.
• Make sure all door schedules are current
• Help Photo ID by issue checkout badges and keys when he is busy or unavailable
• Initiate incident reports and work orders for situations that require one
• Ensure all cameras system-wide are working properly
• Assist employees, security staff, vendors as needed
• Assist with radio dispatch and alarm monitoring, dispatch officers in a timely manner to customers requests and safety and security related issues
• Make all required notifications send word now, calling security management
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Responsible for inputing the IR information during emergencies

Requirements:
• Must pass the Critical testing with a score of 80% or greater
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting of CCTV and Physical Access Control systems
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong prioritizing abilities
• Ability to stay calm and give direction under pressure
• Ability to analyze problems, identify causes, and implement results oriented solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management ability
• Computer competency and proficiency
• Ability to develop and write clear and concise emails and memos
• Ability to handle high pressure situations and make sound decisions
• Professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Other Requirements:
• Current Guard Card
• 2-5 years of Global Security Operations Center Experience
• Knowledgeable of all client and company GSOC policies and procedures
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Strong knowledge of security and emergency operations
• Solid employment history demonstrating reliability and dependability
• Successfully pass drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable transportation
