International Security Services Company experiencing significant growth has a unique opportunity for qualified candidates in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with hospital security experience to contribute to our exciting and rapid growth. This individual will manage the security program for our high profile hospital with complex and sophisticated servicing needs. Responsibilities

·         Manage security program for our company at the client site

·         Establish security policies and procedures for site, including brand new multi-building campus

·         Create and implement emergency response protocol for security staff

·         Establish procedures for security command center, including access control system, badge management, security camera system, etc.

·         Make recommendations of potential improvements to security program

·         Manage a staff of 60–70 employees, including all personnel related matters

·         Establish site specific initial and on-going training program for new and existing security officers

·         Assist with human resource functions, i.e. interviewing of applicants and making hiring decisions

·         Assist company in meeting revenue and profit goals

 

Requirements

·         Must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

·         Must have at least 4-5 years of previous security experience in a corporate environment

·         Minimum of 2 years of security management experience

·         Prior military or law enforcement experience a definite plus

·         Demonstrated strong leadership ability in a hospital environment

·         Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience and ability to work in an extremely fast paced work environment

·         Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
