A boutique recruiting firm seeks a part-time administrative assistant.


Responsibilities:

·         Manage heavy call volume and direct as necessary

·         Update job postings on the firm website and other professional search engines

·         Manage calendars and arrange meetings and conference calls

·         Greet candidates upon arrival in office

·         Compose, edit, and format documents such as letters, memos, reports, inter office correspondence, and presentations


Requirements:

·                 Undergraduate degree and 1+ years of professional experience

·                 Exceptional phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills

·                 Highly professional demeanor and customer service orientation

·                 Superior writing skills

·                 Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail
