Director/Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing

About the Job

Cvent is seeking a Director or Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategy, lead and demand generation, and content creation for Enterprise markets. The Enterprise marketing team is responsible for executing on Cvent’s marketing strategy for the top global 2,000 organizations, third party meeting planning companies, and industry partners.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multi-channel marketing; significant experience within the software or meetings & events industries; success in marketing to very large commercial-based organizations; and the ability to balance strategic, management, and tactical responsibilities.

Additional Position Duties

  • Work with our Enterprise and third party sales teams to understand their needs and provide new ideas to create an integrated sales and marketing approach.
  • Coordinate with in-house creative and marketing operations teams to devise Enterprise-specific campaigns and collateral.
  • Develop and manage thought leadership content, which may include white papers, blog posts, webinar content, and email campaigns to promote Cvent’s position as an industry leader.
  • Liaise with other marketing groups such as tradeshow, social media, and PR to enhance market awareness of Enterprise product offerings.
  • Manage our team of enterprise product marketers.


Candidate Requirements

  • Four to seven years of “enterprise marketing” or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience managing teams of between two to six individuals.
  • Deep knowledge and experience executing a wide variety of marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and effective communicator.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field.
