Work cross-matrix to grow the social audience for Bloomberg News and Bloomberg Media Group. Four specific areas of accountability:
-Strengthen relationships with and performance on relevant social
platforms. Develop necessary growth strategies and implement innovative programs to grow Bloomberg influence and distribution.
-Identify and develop optimal tool set. Determine most efficient
platforms for social operations. Negotiate and secure appropriate tools. Lead deployment and ongoing evaluation of tools.
-Push social content to industry highs. Evaluate optimal voice, working closely with editorial leads to drive engagement and accessibility.
-Identify and develop social talent. Work cross-matrix to grow Bloomberg's social capabilities, and social capabilities of employees.Evaluate existing efforts across Media & News and develop best-in-class talent and programs.
-Minimum of 3 years in a senior role driving social audience development
-Expertise in social tools, paid social media, content strategies, & platforms
ability to work with executive management with exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to lead initiatives to maximize return on social investment. Entrepreneurial, collaborative, driven.
