We are currently looking for a strong leader to be responsible for our Frederick, MD and Vernon Hills, IL call center locations as the Senior Manager, Customer Service Group. This position will be located in Frederick, MD office.
The Senior Manager of Customer Service will be responsible for the overall direction for the operations of the customer service centers to meet the strategic objectives of Experient; provide the leadership required to ensure contact management services and support are provided; provide sales support, providing subject matter expertise relating to call center and customer service operations.
Minimum skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Seven + years of call center experience in an inbound environment. Proven leader and effective management. Subject matter expertise in multiple areas of customer service; Advanced degree in related discipline preferred; Ten years of hands-on technical management experience in the systems management, help desk, infrastructure; Three years of call center experience. Ideally, this would include hands-on experience with any of the following: ACD management/configuration/Workforce management/Contact center related business process re-engineering; Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; Proven track record of successfully implementing organizational change while developing productive relationships and promoting a metric-based culture for success.
