We are currently seeking hard-working candidates for the following position:

 

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Centennial, CO

Seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and implementing new processes to address technology changes. The candidate will provide support to manufacturing technicians to address in-process anomalies and process indicators. Disposition of all in-process anomalies. Candidate will use Valor review engineering designs for DFx. Create part footprints in Valor. Attend and execute all hardware review meetings, table top reviews, and signoff meetings. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have oversight and programming of all automated production equipment (PNP programming, new component implementation programming, equipment troubleshooting, AOI layout importing). Development of tooling and fixturing required for production efforts. Create production and rework travelers. Knowledge of manufacturing process and procedure for production of high reliability PCB assemblies in the aerospace market is required. Knowledge of aerospace products, Customers, and industry is required. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate must be able t o analyze situations and recommend improvements. Ability to work independently in the identification and coordination of projects is required. Must be able to prepare and maintain records and reports. Must be able to effectively train others on process operations. Ability to proofread a variety of documents and pay attention to detail is required. Must be able to use a microscope. At least 10 years of experience and a Bachelors degree is required. This is second shift position.
