About the Job

The Yacobian Group provides an innovative business solution for leading retailers that enables their organization to dramatically increase corporate revenue and profits. By working at all levels of a retail enterprise from the corporate tier down to the retail associates on an individual store basis, our clients are able to effectively enhance measurable performance outcomes at every level. Using a comprehensive, multi-pronged approach that includes our software platform, Blueday, along with our patented business methodology and new metrics, our solution turns granular store data (i.e., traffic counts, labor information, POS transaction data) into insights that identify newfound opportunities for performance improvement that are actionable at each level of a retail organization. Our clients use Blueday tools and methodology to enable a brand-appropriate model for productivity improvement, define performance standards, and then manage and monitor performance progress for each store and individual across the fleet on a daily basis.

TYG is a unique firm of retail experts that has developed industry-specific intellectual property and software that is packaged into a branded offering. Blueday is a patented platform and methodology that can dramatically improve brick and mortar retail sales by more effectively harnessing and leveraging the on-floor store management and staff.  Through the combination of Blueday software, the collaboration and experience of the TYG team, and our business methodology, Yacobian is able to create a comprehensive and integrated solution for leading retailers to measurably increase revenues and profits..
