Mobile financial services company that is working with some large payment card processors and small/medium size Financial Institutions to deploy and support its solution. Our Client is a white label solution that has two components: a server-side component that integrates with processor/FI transaction processing systems and a client-side application that end consumers install on their smart phones. Seeking a candidate to build a pre-sales and post-sales support organization.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in post-sales support
· Minimum 3 years in 24/7 support environments
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in solutions that require significant end-user interaction; experience with supporting iOS and Android mobile applications **strongly preferred.
· Strong background in support processes and methodologies
· Strong organizational skills, working with cross-functional teams in India and US
· Hands-on experience deploying pre-sales pilots working with large customers, preferably in the financial industry
· Technical background with some past experience in QA and sustaining engineering preferred
· Diligence and attention to detail are key skills along with ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately
Technical Areas
· Good technical understanding of systems and networks, required for hands-on deployment of solutions in pre-sales pilots and post-sales troubleshooting
· Relevant technologies include Java/JBOSS, Oracle, Linux, SNMP, Nagios, Javascript, and HTML5. Client side platforms include iOS, and Android
· Knowledge of scripting will be a strong advantage
· Position requires defining support proceses and infrastructure including:
· Fault handling and escalation procedures
· Driving customer and internal escalation meetings
· Managing escalations from initial call to resolution
· Defining and upgrading current support portal
